Since the beginning of his legal career in 2004, David has fought for employees against the largest corporations represented by the largest law firms and continues to obtain millions of dollars each year for his clients. From Shasta County to San Diego County, he has represented clients in California’s trial courts and appellate courts, Federal District Courts and the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit, arbitrations, and various other government administrative forums. Currently David is fortunate to serve on the board of directors for ONEgeneration, a unique non-profit organization committed to enriching the lives of seniors and children through intergenerational services and programs. David is also on the honorary board of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, a California non-profit devoted providing financial assistance to needy persons and groups in the Los Angeles area. When not working, David enjoys spending time with his family, as most Southern California natives, outdoors, in the yard or in the waves, or on the soccer field watching his older daughter compete or coaching his younger daughter’s team.
